* Children will be encouraged to live in a way that pleases God and store up their treasures in heaven.
Lesson 2: Living your Faith in the Public Sphere

Understand that living out their faith means demonstrating to others that they love and follow Jesus.

Learn that they don’t need to hide their faith; they can share it through their words, actions, and attitudes.

Be encouraged to be bold and unapologetic about their faith in public settings, such as at school, playgrounds, or in their neighborhoods.
Lesson 3: Waiting Through Fasting and Prayer

Gain a clear understanding of the importance of waiting on God through the disciplines of fasting and prayer.

Realize how fasting sharpens our focus on God and deepens our connection with Him.

Feel inspired to actively pray and place their trust in God as they eagerly await His answers.

Lesson 3: God Gives Courage – The Story of Deborah

Lesson 4: Hannah's - A woman of Prayer

Children will learn the importance of prayer, faith in God, and trusting His will.

They will grasp how a mother’s faith and dedication can change lives and have a lasting impact.

Encourage children to understand that God answers prayers in His perfect timing and that they can trust Him with their desires and challenges.
June: Fathers
Lesson 2: Honoring Your Father

Understand what it means to honor their father according to the Bible.

Memorize and explain Ephesians 6:1-2.

Identify practical ways to show respect and love to their fathers or father figures.

Recognize that honoring their father is part of obeying and loving God.

Lesson 4: Freedom From Fear

To understand that faith means trusting God even when you feel afraid.

To explore how God used Gideon, even though he was scared and unsure.

To identify fears they face and learn that God gives courage and works through obedience and trust.

To remember that God sees them as strong and able, even when they feel small.
